Because items are individually handcrafted, prepared, or sealed to order, our standard handling time is 2 to 4 business days prior to dispatch.
Orders are dispatched primarily via India Post (Speed Post / Registered Post) or standard domestic courier partners.
Once your parcel is handed over to the courier, a consignment/tracking reference ID will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Delivery timelines are estimates provided by postal services. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of receiving your tracking ID, please contact us with your order details.
